7950 Highway 100 is 3.41 level acres in Bellevue, adjacent to the Harpeth River, with 152 feet of frontage on a blacktop city street. It is being sold for the land value. There is an existing structure on the property, and it is sold as is with no representations about it. Please do not enter the structure.
Highway 100 runs from Belle Meade straight out past the Warner Parks, so this is one of the last stretches where you can still find acreage this close to town. City water is at the street, and the lot is zoned RS40.

About the Neighborhood
Bellevue is on the southwest side of Nashville, about 13 miles from downtown on I-40. It started as a small farm community along the railroad near the Harpeth River, and the interstate came through in the early 1960s. It still borders the Warner Parks, so there is more park and open space out here than almost anywhere else in the county.
The Harpeth itself runs about 115 miles through Middle Tennessee, and the stretch through Bellevue is a state-designated scenic river, with greenway trails and canoe access nearby. Harpeth River State Park and the Narrows of the Harpeth are a short drive west, and the Natchez Trace Parkway starts right here. I have always thought this corridor is where Nashville still feels like the country.
0 Twilight Dr, Lot 108 is a cleared 0.77-acre lakeview lot in Dripping Springs near Tims Ford Lake, soil tested and permitted for a three-bedroom septic system. $259,000.
